Sydney doesn’t really have A-Cup Angst. She doesn’t walk around fuming that all her teammates are better endowed than her. She’s even gotten a little used to the communal showers. It’s not her favorite thing, but she’s a lot more self-conscious about feeling a little spongey around the midsection than she does about breast-size. What she doesn’t appreciate, is one of her enboobened teammates trying turn the watch party into a mixed-company show and tell.
It’s a failure of Sydney’s imagination that holo-boobs didn’t occur to her already. In her defense, the last time she stepped on the holo-plinth, she was presented with a galaxy’s worth of cosmetic character customization options. Choice paralysis is one of Sydney’s long established traits.
Here is Gaxgy’s painting Maxima promised him. Weird how he draws almost exactly like me.
I did try and do an oil painting version of this, by actually re-painting over the whole thing with brush-strokey brushes, but what I figured out is that most brushy oil paintings are kind of low detail. Sure, a skilled painter like Bob Ross or whoever can dab a brush down a canvas and make a great looking tree or a shed with shingles, but in trying to preserve the detail of my picture (eyelashes, reflections, etc) was that I had to keep making the brush smaller and smaller, and the end result was that honestly, it didn’t really look all that oil-painted. I’ll post that version over at Patreon, just for fun, but I kind of quit on it after getting mostly done with re-painting Max.

LOL! If Sydney does, she may want a holo-emitter herself, full time! How about it, do we want a remake of Sydney as another Max, or keep her cute, skinny gal look? Sure, it’d be great for pranks, but that’s about all.

I wondered if that was true, and chanced upon the funniest research paper I ever met.
“This study thoroughly assesses tactile acuity on women’s breasts” is a hell of an opener. Hey, we severely touched boobs for science!!!
“Our basic understanding of the tactile capabilities of the breast remains poorly understood in comparison to the hand or face despite the fact that the breast plays a major role in the lives of those with breasts.” This reads like a scientific article found in a fanfic. Or anything written by Stephen King, really.

“The nipple is a unit” okay this one is just because I’m Internet-brained. An absolute unit, that it is.

Ironically, after going through Basic Training, Sydney’s probably in the best shape of her life.
Now I am wondering why Maxima looks nearly anorexic in the picture.
Or is she meant to have the body of a bodybuilder in an unhealthy fragile cutting phase?

Compared to the average person, absolutely not. She probably has a little bit of ab definition herself if she tenses and poses just right.
But compared to the other women she sees in the showers every day (see: Daphne here and Max in the Vote Incentive), yeah, maybe a tad spongey.
“Spongy” for someone who spends all her time with superheroes every day.
Superheroes in this universe get the kind of body that realistically requires perfect genetics, obsessive diet and the right exercise, and usually also things like dehydrating yourself just before the photoshoot.
Except for them there’s no effort or attention required at all. This almost certainly changes her perspective on what a body should look like.
I’ve run into this since I started lifting. You can tell yourself that you’re already much stronger than anyone else who isn’t lifting, but your brain doesn’t really get that. It’s comparing you (poorly) to all the lifters you see on social media.
Why aren’t you lifting more? That girl outlifts you! Yeah, sure, she’s less than half your age and trying out for the Olympic team. So what?
Which is why I don’t watch the social media of lifters anymore.

I prefer more petite women myself, but I have noticed an apparent societal conditioning that bigger is better, especially when it comes to boobs and asses. This was before social media became a thing and amplified it by several magnitudes.
Nothing to really say but that this is some good, sexy comedy.
I would like a decent string of pages focused on the combat afterwards, though.
I don’t mind the direction this is taking, but I am always ever so slightly annoyed that due to (self) censorship rules these story lines end up being bait and switch,

I feel Syd wouldn’t go further than a C because it’d feel almost cruel to herself if she went further. As a bloke I’d maybe go from the average to maybe a step and half up, but any more would just remind me what tge reality was.
I would agree with you if this were a permanent change. I have no problems with natural breasts of any size; the best boobs are the ones I have access to. I have enjoyed playing with As to saggy post-breast-feeding Hs; as long as the woman enjoys the attention, I enjoy the breasts. But from both an aesthetic and fun-to-play-with perspective I find natural Cs to be ideal.
Back to Sydney, and only discussing a holo-projection to try out, without the back pain from a massive front-loaded center of gravity? Absolutely she’s going as big as she can, even if only for a few minutes to see what it looks like.

She might try bigger for a few seconds just to see what they would look like (with a, possibly, once in a lifetime opportunity, why not?) before going back down to B or C

Re: the comic tag “if you were to offer an A-cup all wisdom…” I wasn’t happy with A-cups, and now that I have D-cups I am, in fact, much happier. I already was wise though, so maybe that helped.
I don’t know how people with implants feel, though. I grew them myself, maybe there’s a difference in self-image or maybe there isn’t. Does everyone make up weird rules for everything in their head about which differences count in life and which don’t?

LOL! Holo-boobies is the way to go! I have ‘D’ cups and would MUCH prefer ‘B’ cups or smaller. The weight of these things does cause some back-ache, but nowhere near as bad as one of my friends who has ‘H’ cups. She very much enjoyed learning that corsets gave her SO much more support than any bra ever did.
That’s because corsets tend to add back support moreso than bewb support

As a woman, I’ll have to say I really don’t want bigger boobs than I have. Ignoring the back-ache issue, my smaller cup size means I can more easily go braless in public without the blow-back and unwanted attention unfettered larger breasts would get.
Also, they are less likely to get in the way. I think men over-estimate how much women really care about big boobies.
At first you notice that the well endowed girls get more attention.
Then you grow up and come to appreciate the difference between quantity and quality, which is an inverse relation in this particular case.
