Grrl Power #1481 – New diet plan
(Posting this to get caught up after the hack)
Maxima wasn’t really sure how to deal with Kaboomoid. He/it is a largely intangible explosion, and Max’s powers don’t exactly work well to directly make less explosions. She was considering burying him under a few hundred tons of sand to see if that would snuff him out, or creating large explosions near him to create vacuum and see if the amount of oxygen around him was a factor. It’s more likely that Kaboomoid somehow supplies his own fuel, oxidizing agent, ignition and both the confinement needed to concentrate force and the release of that force in an impossibly perpetual explosion. If that’s the case, then depriving him of oxygen wouldn’t have any effect on him. Nor would “blowing him up” as that would probably feed his power or heal him, and that assumes he could even be damaged in the traditional sense.
Oh, look who it is in the vote incentive. And a not-quite-yet-but-it’s-coming NSFW version over at Patreon.
Vote incentive and Patreon updated with some shading. Not finished yet, but progress.
I think she would get in trouble for doing this. She’d mess up the… floor of the waterfall? Is that what it’s called? The receiving pool? No, probably not that. Anyway, she’d churn things up and cause a ton of weird erosion.
Since you might be wondering, Niagara Falls is about 165 feet high, so Babezilla obviously doesn’t have to be full sized. I’d say she’s about 175-180 feet tall here?
Double res version will be posted over at Patreon. Feel free to contribute as much as you like.

Glad to see you recovered. Well done. One last detail, you’ve got 1481 connected to 1480, now you need to reconnect 1480 to 1481. Gotta tell ya, seeing this one again, I’m noticing details I missed the first time ’round.
Too bad Maxima didn’t start throwing people out of the ring last round. She could’ve ridden the Fairy-go-round.
I’m glad we are back!
Reminds me of the D&D joke about a large size Barbarian player wanting to take Weapon Proficiency: Halfling…and clarifying to the DM that they did not want to use halfling racial weapons, they wanted to use halflings AS weapons.
The old Fast-Ball ™ special?
No, using enemies as weapons to beat enemies.
As the trope goes, Grevious Harm With A Body.
“Maxima wasn’t really sure how to deal with Kaboomoid. He/it is a largely intangible explosion, and Max’s powers don’t exactly work well to directly make less explosions. ”
Uhhh…. can’t you see what you’ve drawn? Kaboomoid is a GIRL. She’s wearing a flame bikini afterall…
You know that men can wear bikini’s as well, right?
Ever seen Borat?
I need some brain bleach , even a drunk Texan couldn’t spontaneously come up with such a visual crime. At this level, you could call it a war crime against aesthetics—it’s on par with Sean Connery in “Zardoz”, though back in the 70s, they had the extenuating circumstances of LSD.
Nice to see you back so soon.
atomic chicken
I’m a bit surprised you didn’t put Maid of the Mist in the vote incentive for scale.
I like the idea of pitching two enemies, neither of whom you know how to defeat, against each other. Let’s see what they both have in store.
The good outcome is that this kills Eats-Chicken. The bad outcome is that it adds explosion elemental powers to Eats-Chicken.
I’m glad the site has recovered so soon. However: Anvil’s portrait is not appearing in the row at the top of the page, just the text “Anvil”.
Very clever Dave B., I like it. Eats Chicken is not bright, but can assimilate its’ food. But which item on tonight’s menu is not like the others? Kaboomoid is physiologically fundamentally different from all of the other tournament lifeforms we have seen thus far. I am betting that eating Kaboomoid will give Eats Chicken a case of explosive indigestion when it tries to assimilate her. Kaboomoid may even survive the experience.
I’m thinking that Kaboomoid’s body contains matter in the plasma state. Eats Chcken appears able to assimilate solids, liquids, and gasses into its’ primarily solid body. But plama doesn’t play nice with other matter, it refuses to join molecules, and I assume that a living plasma would be especially so. The end result of the assimilation should be many of E.C.’s molecules falling apart, at least enough to compromise its’ structure and cause disintegration. Maybe only of the digestive system, who knows?
Kaboomoid may just re-organize itself, as in the fly-through in the preceding pages. Or perhaps the forceful attempt to integrate her atoms with E.C.’s will dampen the explosion enough to do her real damage?
Did the mountain just womp the chicken in panel three?
Like swatting an annoying fly.
This tournament has the wierdest way of “playing chicken” I have ever seen.
I’m still expecting the referees to Magenta Card Maxima.
She left the arena and returned? How is anyone to know if that’s the same person?
Are contestants allowed to go outside for more weapons or a quick offsite recharge?
She was allowed to do that, as discussed on pages 1473 and 1477. They clearly can identify her somehow.
If you invest into enough superspeed or teleportation to do a weapons or ammo run, you proably sacrificed something else for that. And become vulnerable to entangles and teleport jamming.
This is Unlimited Class Battle Area, not a friendly football match. Exploit any weakness or rule you need to win.
If leaving ever becomes a meta defining strategy, they will make rules against it. “If” being the operative word, because this is UCBA.
Whilst I do not approve of anyone hacking the site – there was one advantage.
We got two grrlpower’s in one day!!!
Lava Chicken?
